Every site should have a wiki. I have a wiki. This is where I keep the information I don't have room for in my head.
 
What makes this is a wiki?
- It is easy for me (the administrator) to add new pages. Write something like a link, and it will be turned into a link. Click the link, and if the page doesn't exist, jump to a creation page. It could easily be extended from "me" to "everybody".
- All the pages have a readable URL, including the word "wiki".
- All the pages have version control, and it's easy to recreate an earlier version.
 
The wiki was created using Freelinking, Pathauto, Token, TagClouds and Wikitools.
