First I found an interesting pattern for cross stitch embroidery. Then I searched in my "archives" for yarn, approximately the colors the pattern suggested. Then I did the cross stitch. Then I scanned the result. And finally I had the cross stitch framed, and gave it to my mother as a mothers day present - the pattern was made by our queen, and my mother likes everything the queen touches. The motive is a flower, by the way, a forgetmenot I believe it's called.
Meanwhile I used a graphic program to first choose a part of the scan, and then smooth, smooth, smooth the result, until the logo you see emerged.
